WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY?
Due to hygiene we do not offer any refunds or exchanges, once the order is dispatched we cannot change them.

We ship worldwide. Please note it is up to 72 hour dispatch notice, this notice will be used especially in peak season.
If you haven't received your order please allow 1 week from dispatch before contacting us (UK ONLY) or 2 weeks if it is a international order.
Any orders that are £100 or more are eligible to free UK 2nd class signed for shipping!
Note International orders shipping rates will increase as the weight increases.

I WANT TO BULK ORDER FOR MY WEDDING..
We cater to weddings and bulk party services as long as 3 weeks minimum is given. If you want to change colours etc, we can discuss this further if contacted via email. Please note for bulk services a minimum of 6 pieces is required, we are happy to offer a discount on huge orders however this is subject to order and our discretion. We will require 80% of payment upfront to confirm the order, once the order is confirmed we cannot change or alter the order. Deposits are none refundable so please ensure you are 100% happy before paying the deposit.

PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Any issues or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once contacted, please ensure to reply within 7 days to confirm the solution, any solution offered may change if response is longer than a week.
